our concept
At Essence, we have a small and intimate restaurant with just 10–12 seats around our open kitchen. With all of the evenings dishes prepared directly in front of you at the kitchen island, our ambition is to bring our guests a more personal dining experience.
We serve a multi-course tasting menu which changes slightly every day and has a strong focus on seasonal produce.
